A Prefeitura de Assis informa que todas as solicitações referentes à prestação de serviços de iluminação pública podem ser feitas pela Prefeitura Digital.
De acordo com Adriano Romagnolli, responsável pelo Departamento de Tecnologia do Município, desde o dia 16 de fevereiro essa solicitação de serviços de iluminação publica foram integradas ao Aplicativo Prefeitura Digital, acessando o site www.prefeituradigital.assis.sp.gov.br
“Esse sistema já é usado há mais de 1 ano para comunicação entre o cidadão com a Ouvidoria, para as pessoas fazerem suas manifestações, reclamações, elogios entre outras solicitações, e a partir de agora o serviço de iluminação pública também passa a ser feito exclusivamente pela plataforma digital, facilitando a vida do cidadão, que com apenas 1 cadastro consegue fazer solicitações, tanto na Ouvidoria, quanto fazer pedidos de reparos na iluminação pública”, explica Adriano.
