Na manhã desta quinta-feira, 14, o prefeito José Fernandes na companhia da secretária Municipal da Educação, Dulce Andrade, anunciaram que todos os alunos da Rede Municipal de Ensino poderão participar do Programa Nacional de Alimentação Escolar – PNAE, do Governo Federal.
Em Assis, durante a suspensão das aulas, em virtude da pandemia do COVID-19, a Prefeitura prevê a distribuição de leite a todos os alunos da Rede Municipal de Educação, desde que devidamente cadastrados para a retirada do leite.
A secretária Municipal da Educação, Dulce Andrade, explica que a partir desta quinta-feira, 14, os pais ou responsáveis pelos alunos já podem acessar o endereço eletrônico http://assis.demandanet.com e cadastrar o aluno para retirada do leite.
“Essa primeira fase compete à realização do cadastro dos alunos e posteriormente, de forma organizada e seguindo os cuidados contra o Coronavírus, vamos comunicar de como será feita a retirada do leite”, disse Dulce.
O prefeito José Fernandes, sensível à situação que a população tem vivenciado quanto ao isolamento social, fala da importância do PNAE para os alunos da Rede Municipal e principalmente para as famílias que seguem as regras no combate ao vírus.
“Nesse momento que os alunos estão se adaptando à nova rotina e realizando aulas online, entendemos a necessidade de oferecer o leite, cujo alimento também está inserido na merenda escolar. Todos que realmente necessitarem, devem fazer o cadastro na plataforma digital”, enfatizou o prefeito.
Atualmente o Município conta com 9.612 alunos, entre Infantil e Fundamental, matriculados na Rede Municipal de Educação.
