Prefeito e vereadores articulam novas ações para atender famílias em situação de vulnerabilidade social

O prefeito José Fernandes recebeu no gabinete na segunda-feira, 22, os vereadores pastor Edinho, Vanessa Eugênio e Fernando Vieira, para articularem, juntos, a disponibilidade da entrega de cestas básicas as famílias em situação de vulnerabilidade social.
 
Para o prefeito, principalmente nesse momento de pandemia que a cidade enfrenta, à união de todos para combater o Coronavírus se torna fundamental, pois agora, driblar a crise econômica instalada em virtude da transmissão do vírus, passou a ser também um dos critérios emergenciais.

“Ajudar quem precisa, esse é o nosso dever como gestores municipais. Em parceria com os representantes da Câmara Municipal, já estamos articulando, por exemplo, a entrega de cestas básicas as famílias que tanto necessitam na cidade. Sabemos que muitos pais de família perderam seus empregos e agora precisamos de todo o apoio para articular estratégias para sanar parte das necessidades básicas, como o arroz e feijão, na mesa de quem tanto precisa. Principalmente nesse momento de pandemia, o apoio dos vereadores e demais lideranças da cidade é fundamental para passarmos por esse segundo ciclo de transmissão do vírus”, destacou prefeito.

Entre os pleitos sugeridos, prefeito e vereadores estudam também novas ações de enfretamento à pandemia e que possam auxiliar no tratamento preventivo dos pacientes acometidos pela COVID-19.
