Choro, medo e exaustão: pesquisa inédita revela o colapso dos profissionais de saúde do Brasil

De acordo com pesquisa inédita feita pela Fiocruz, 45,5% têm mais de um emprego e 43,2% sentem que falta proteção à própria saúde.

São dados da Fundação Oswaldo Cruz que mostram estados mudando de cor e uma representação de como chegamos ao maior colapso sanitário da nossa história. O alerta vermelho, de ocupação de leitos de UTI para Covid superior a 80%, atingiu 24 estados e o Distrito Federal. Uma pesquisa inédita, também da Fiocruz, revela: os profissionais de saúde brasileiros precisam de ajuda.

Quinze mil trabalhadores da saúde de nível superior, a maioria médicos e enfermeiros, responderam ao questionário, em 2.200 municípios brasileiros: 45,5% têm mais de um emprego e 43,2% sentem que falta proteção à própria saúde. Entre os que se sentem desprotegidos, quase 40% citam falta de estrutura, caos no atendimento ou uma gestão insensível aos trabalhadores.
