Na tarde de ontem, 28 de janeiro, equipe da Polícia Militar atendeu uma ocorrência de Descumprimento de Medida Protetiva Judicial, onde a vítima informou que seu ex-companheiro, invadiu a sua residência visivelmente embriagado, informando que possui uma Medida Protetiva em desfavor dele.
Pelo local, os policiais militares visualizaram o indiciado no interior da residência da vítima, caído no chão.
A vítima foi ameaçada de morte pelo autor na frente das equipes, sendo ambos apresentados no Plantão Policial, aonde permaneceu à disposição da Justiça.
