Multa para quem não usar máscara é de R$ 500,00 a R$ 5 mil

De acordo com Decreto do Governo do Estado de São Paulo, nº 64.959, o uso de máscara, que já se fazia necessário desde o início da pandemia do COVID-19, ganhou um forte aliado, que é a aplicação de multas pelo não uso em ruas e dentro de estabelecimentos comerciais.

A medida passa a valer a partir dessa quarta-feira, 1º, em todos os municípios do Estado de São Paulo. Para pessoas que andam nas ruas sem máscara facial a multa é de R$ 500,00, enquanto para proprietários de estabelecimentos comerciais o valor é bem mais puxado, R$ 5.000,00 por pessoa sem máscara, incluindo funcionários e clientes.

A fiscalização, conforme Decreto, é de responsabilidade da Vigilância Sanitária de cada município.

Em Assis, coordenador desse departamento, João Francisco Bertogna, informa que “uma equipe está em sistema de plantão fazendo a fiscalização e que denúncias devem ser feitas pelo canal da Ouvidoria (Assis.sp.gov.br/ouvidoria/ ) ou pelo canal telefônico da Polícia Militar 190”.
