Conselho Tutelar adverte para afastar crianças e adolescentes de locais de risco ao COVID-19

O Conselho Tutelar de Assis informa sobre a necessidade de familiares e responsáveis manterem seus filhos, crianças e adolescentes, longe de locais que possam representar riscos de contaminação do coronavírus.


O Conselho Tutelar, de acordo com a Lei Federal nº 8069/90 – Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente, adverte que permitir que eles permaneçam em meio a aglomeração de pessoas, sejam expostos a ameaças, como no caso a transmissão de coronavírus, é considerado negligência e os pais ou responsáveis podem ser enquadrados no Artigo 98, Inciso II do ECA, que diz que verificada as hipóteses de ameaça ou violação aos direitos da Criança e do Adolescente por falta omissão ou abuso dos pais ou responsáveis os mesmos devem ser advertidos pelos seus atos.


Os membros do Conselho Tutelar de Assis orientam que qualquer pessoa pode entrar em contato telefônico no caso de crianças e adolescentes forem vistos em locais que possam ser considerados de risco.
