Clientes do Vida Nova Assis 2, bairro planejado da cidade que está em obras pela Pacaembu Construtora, vivenciaram mais uma etapa importante na realização do sonho da casa própria. Os primeiros compradores dos módulos 1 e 2 do empreendimento assinaram seus contratos, passo que representa a aprovação do financiamento do imóvel pela Caixa Econômica Federal. As casas são comercializadas pelo programa habitacional Minha Casa Minha Vida.
Entre os clientes está a dona de casa Carina Graciele Figueiredo Leite. Casada há 18 anos com o gráfico Márcio Ferreira, com quem tem dois filhos, uma menina de 10 e um menino de sete anos, ela atualmente mora com a sogra e a aquisição do imóvel significa liberdade, principalmente para as crianças. “A conquista da casa própria é a realização de um sonho para minha família”, comenta Carina, que está fazendo curso de design de sobrancelhas para conseguir sua independência financeira.
Outro cliente que está comemorando a conquista é Márcio Bruno Belhau, de 40 anos. O caminhoneiro soube do empreendimento da Pacaembu por meio de amigos de já que compraram uma moradia da construtora. Atualmente ele mora de aluguel com a esposa, Cristina dos Santos, que é cabeleireira, e com os filhos Mariane, de 12 anos, e o pequeno Leonardo, de dois meses. Márcio diz que ele e a esposa lutaram bastante pela casa própria e finalmente encontraram um imóvel dentro do seu orçamento. “Decidimos comprar uma casa para sair do aluguel e construir um patrimônio para nossos filhos”.
Outras famílias do módulos 1 e 2, que somam 289 moradias, também estão aguardando a aprovação do financiamento pela Caixa Econômica Federal e devem, em breve, assinar seus contratos, como fez o Gustavo Breda Lopes. O operador de máquina é mais um dos primeiros clientes que tiveram o financiamento aprovado. Ele mora de aluguel com sua esposa, Rose, a filha deles de três anos e a mãe Maria Aparecida.
Atualmente, a família paga aluguel. “Já conhecia o bairro [Vida Nova Assis] e compareci ao lançar o Vida Nova Assis 2, gostei das parcelas e já assinei o contrato. Vamos pagar o que é nosso, sair do aluguel e pensar num futuro para nossa filha”, afirma Gustavo.
Ainda dá tempo de realizar o sonho da casa própria
Para aqueles que ainda não compraram seu imóvel no bairro planejado Vida Nova Assis 2, a Pacaembu Construtora informa que está comercializando as últimas unidades. No total, o empreendimento terá 460 casas, em terrenos de 156 m², financiadas pela Caixa Econômica Federal.
Com possibilidade de subsídio de até R$ 31.665,00, financiamento em até 360 meses e possibilidade de utilização dos recursos do FGTS, as famílias interessadas em adquirir um imóvel devem ter renda mensal a partir de R$ 1.800,00 e se enquadrar nas regras do programa habitacional da Caixa Econômica Federal.
As inscrições podem ser realizadas no Plantão de Atendimento da Pacaembu, que fica na Rua Marechal Deodoro, 21, na Praça das Bandeiras, com horário de funcionamento de segunda a sexta-feira, das 9h às 18h, e aos sábados, das 9h às 17h.
Documentos necessários
Os interessados devem levar os seguintes documentos pessoais: RG e CPF, Certidão de Nascimento ou Casamento, Certidão de Nascimento dos filhos menores de 21 anos, Comprovante de Residência (conta de água, energia elétrica, telefone, fatura de cartão de crédito ou extrato bancário recebido via Correio).
Também é preciso levar documentos para comprovação de renda Os assalariados podem apresentar os três últimos holerites, a Carteira de Trabalho e o Extrato do FGTS atualizado; empresários e autônomos, o Imposto de Renda e o Contrato Social com os três últimos Pró-Labores; aposentados levam o número do benefício e o último extrato do INSS; e os não assalariados podem levar os extratos de conta corrente, dos últimos três meses, constando o valor do limite do cheque especial, e as três últimas faturas do cartão de crédito.
